Shopify reorder software for repeat purchase journeys.

A customer-account reorder button removes product search from a repeat purchase while keeping the new order aligned with the store's current catalog.

What is a Shopify reorder app?

A Shopify reorder app lets a customer use a previous order as the starting point for a new purchase. MW ReorderFlow places Buy Again inside Shopify customer accounts, where customers already review their order history. They can keep or remove eligible items and choose new quantities before adding anything to the cart.

What happens when an old product is unavailable?

The app checks each selected line against the live Shopify catalog. If a past item or variant is unavailable, the customer can skip it or choose from up to three alternatives. Merchants can define product or variant mappings, or use Shopify recommendations. The original item is never replaced without the customer's choice.

Does Buy Again replace the existing Shopify cart?

No. MW ReorderFlow preserves the customer's current cart and merges compatible reorder lines into it. Optional upsells can appear after the original items, while analytics track Buy Again clicks, paid reorders and attributed revenue.
